Frequently Asked Questions

Orders & Shipping

We currently ship to Malaysia (West and East Malaysia), the contiguous United States and Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We plan to expand shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Northern Ireland and military addresses. Delivery to these destinations is not yet available and remains subject to carrier confirmation. Launch dates are to be confirmed. Currently available delivery options and rates are shown at checkout. Orders normally take 1-3 business days to process.

Malaysia standard shipping (USD): West and East Malaysia $2.99 for orders below $45; free standard shipping for orders of $45 or more.

International tracked shipping (USD): United States $9.99; Great Britain $8.99. Free tracked shipping for these destinations starts at $79.

Free shipping thresholds use the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. All amounts above are in U.S. dollars. A discount may bring your order below the free shipping threshold.

Estimated transit after dispatch is 5-8 business days for the United States and 4-6 business days for Great Britain. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal at checkout. All available payment options are shown during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
